Recent Flamenco Blanca Guitars
These blancas all have Engelmann spruce soundboards with cypress backs and sides, Spanish cedar necks, ebony fingerboards, Bolivian rosewood bridges, 656-mm scale length. What look like traditional wooden pegs are actually Pegheds mechanical tuners, which function perfectly. Width at the nut is 51 mm (52 mm on the guitar with regular tuning machines), French polish finish, weight under 3 pounds. Please click on the photos for a larger image.
The classical guitar pictured below has an Engelmann Spruce soundboard, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, Honduras Mahogany neck, 650-mm scale length, a very strong, full sound, and comfortable action.

The classical guitar picture below has a Western Red Cedar soundboard, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, Spanish Cedar neck, 650-mm scale length, a very strong, full sound, and comfortable action. The bridge has an unusual double-hole tie block (see below).


The flamenco guitar pictured below has an Engelmann Spruce soundboard, Monterey Cypress back and sides, Spanish Cedar neck, and a 656-mm scale length. It is a very light guitar with good trebles and easy action.
